A Message from Ian Jones, HHB Group Managing Director

I am pleased to announce that we have reached agreement with Midwich Ltd. to acquire the HHB Group with effect from 12^th July 2023. Founded in 1979, Midwich Group is one of the world’s largest audio-visual technology distributors and solutions providers, operating in 22 countries around the world with an annual revenue of £1.2 billion.

I am committed to running the business as Managing Director for the foreseeable future and will ensure that the business continues to grow and prosper. There will be no changes of personnel and the businesses will remain as HHB, Scrub and Source Distribution. We will continue to operate long term from our 3 current locations. It will be very much business as usual, there will be little or no changes in the way the company operates, you will be dealing with the same people, same invoicing at the same locations etc.

At its core, HHB has always been focused on providing a very high level of customer service and support. We have found a partner in Midwich that fully supports and believes in our approach to business along with our unique culture and ethos. We are thrilled to be joining them and look forward to leveraging the group’s knowledge and resources for the mutual benefit of our customers, employees and suppliers.
