About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Executive to drive growth in our camera and video category. This is a newly created role focused on building and developing relationships across key dealer accounts in the UK & Ireland, with a strong emphasis on the RØDE portfolio.

Based at our London office, this role combines hybrid working with regular time spent in the field visiting customers across the UK. You’ll balance time between home working, the office and face-to-face account management.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll play a hands-on role in growing sales across your accounts, identifying opportunities across the market, and ensuring our brands are represented effectively both commercially and in channel.

What you will be doing in this role

  • Managing and developing relationships with a network of camera and video dealers in the UK & Ireland.
  • Driving sales through existing accounts and identifying new commercial opportunities
  • Taking ownership of performance across your accounts and contributing to category growth
  • Supporting dealer activity across launches, promotions and campaigns
  • Building a strong understanding of the market, customer base and competitor landscape
  • Ensuring accounts align with trading terms, brand standards and agreements
  • Maintaining accurate account activity and pipeline within CRM
  • Spending regular time in the field visiting customers (typically one day per week)
  • Supporting the Sales Director with reporting and planning

What you will bring to the role

  • Proven sales experience in a commercial environment (ideally B2B or channel sales)
  • Strong knowledge of camera and video products and workflows
  • Experience working with dealers or retail partners is advantageous
  • A confident, professional approach to communication, both internally and externally
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to identify and act on opportunities
  • Solid working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
